All LEGO sets you buy from us come with a factory warranty. In the event that you receive a LEGO set that does not meet your expectations, please contact us.

If it turns out when building the ordered LEGO set that one or more parts are missing, you can contact LEGO customer service directly on the free phone number:
00800 5346 5555 or go to the LEGO website and indicate which parts are missing. LEGO will send the parts to you for free.
